It takes courage to follow our soul’s calling, and it can be the hardest thing we do.
Whatever lands us at a crossroad - boredom, a disaster, an inner nudge - something prompts us to embark on a new journey. We are asked to uproot a part of our life, and we often resist it. Change is hard. We have lost who we are, what makes us happy, and we can’t find it. We are going through the motions. Our fears come up and show us all the reasons why we should play it safe. Stay small. Don’t rock the boat. It’s not easy to let go of what we thought we knew.
But the nudge keeps nudging. When we don’t listen to it, our external world gets messy and our internal world gets chaotic. We feel confused. Stuck. Lost. We procrastinate, we struggle with self-confidence and the anxiety doesn’t let up. We have stopped and started and can’t get out of the cycle of people pleasing.
Here’s the thing, the nudge won’t release us until we acknowledge at some level it is time to change energetic sizes, and we must do something about it. So we set out to be heroes in our own lives. Heroes know where their support people are and use them.
I’m Pamela Johnson. I guide soulful, introspective individuals navigating change but unsure how to start. I specialize in helping people find the path back home to themselves, their purpose and their calling. I help them break free from self-sabotaging patterns and give them the tools and strategies that empower them so they can create the next evolution of their life.
With over a decade of experience, I offer guidance that combines deep insights from the Enneagram, Sacred Contracts, Soul Archetypes and Executive and Trauma-informed Coaching to help you navigate life's transitions.
