Enneagram Workshops

In this LIVE workshop, you’ll learn specific postures + breath techniques for a lighter and more playful life.

We’ll teach you through mindfulness and body intelligence how to gracefully acknowledge your Ego in order to break its unconscious pattern of power, which causes you to get stuck. By practicing these postures + breathing techniques, you gain the opportunity to effectively drop into your body and embrace your quiet, calm mind so you can hear beyond the static and live by the joy of your true inner voice.

Expect the personality of this workshop to be: gentle, yielding, cooling, feminine, inward and receptive.

Participants do not need to know anything about Yin Yoga or The Enneagram in order to participate + benefit from this workshop.

About Yin Yoga:

Inner experience ~

is a more meditative approach to yoga, with the potential to cultivate a deeper awareness of the self and enhance an interconnected quality with the outer world. It can be said that, “it’s aim is to open both the subtle layers of tissue within our physical body and the corresponding emotions that reside there. Outer experience ~

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style suitable for all experience levels. Most postures are done on the floor and held for longer periods of time with fluid movement in between. Postures are designed to target body connective tissues - tendons, fascia + ligaments. The goal of Yin Yoga is to increase joint mobility, improve flexibility, lower body temp, decrease the heart rate + activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
